Our Wines

	Corrales White $16 / bottle A table wine blended from Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay. Barrel aged with creamy texture, tangy acidity and flavors of melon, apple and pear.
	2009 Chardonnay $21 / bottle Creamy texture, flavors of ripe apple and pear with a hint of minerality. Aromas of tropical fruit, all balanced with tangy acidity on a long finish. Bronze Medal Winner at the 2011 Riverside International Wine Competition.
	Corrales Red $16 / bottle An everyday table wine blended from Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine exhibits aromas and flavors of red berries and currant with round texture and pleasing tannins. Aged for 10 months in French and American oak.
	2008 Old Church Road Select Zinfandel $35 / bottle Picked from select vines in our Old Church vineyard and aged 21 months in fine French Oak barrels, the wine exhibits aromas of raspberry, pomegranate and spice. Along with lush flavors of Zin berries and oak all balanced with tangy acidity on a long finish and fine tannins.
	2009 Zinfandel SOLD OUT This Zin exhibits aromas of Zin berries, pie spices, raspberries and peppermint with hints of tea and vanilla. It was barrel aged 15 months in French oak giving it a round smooth texture and has flavors of black current and cherries, pleasing acidity balanced with soft tannins on a long finish.
	2007 Cabernet Sauvignon $22 / bottle Aromas of black current, clove, vanilla and oak in the nose. Soft round texture in the mouth, with complex flavors of oak, red and black fruit all balanced with tangy acidity and fine tannins on a long finish.
	2007 Merlot $22 / bottle Aged 21 months in French oak, this Merlot fills the glass with aromas of cherry, clove and hint of mint. It is round and smooth in texture with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and red currant balanced with tangy acidity and medium tannins on a long finish. Silver Medal winner at 2011 Grand Harvest Awards. Medal of American Excellence (Gold equivalent) awarded at 2011 Jefferson Cup Invitational Wine Competition.
	2006 Merlot -- LIBRARY RELEASE $29 / bottle Most of our 2006 wines were lean and structured in their youth due to a late spring frost and the Merlot was no exception. We have bottle aged ~10 cases of the the 2006 vintage for 3+ years allowing it to evolve, develop complexity, and mature. This wine, now over 5 years old, is classic Merlot with aromas of black berries, currant & clove, rich and complex black fruit flavors, pleasing acidity and fine tannin on a long finish. Awarded the Medal of American Excellence (Gold equivalent) at the 2008 Jefferson Cup Invitational Wine Competition
	2009 Cabernet Franc $27 / bottle With aromas of red cherry and earth, this wine was aged 21 months in fine French Oak barrels and has developed complex flavors of cherry, cranberry and anise with a silky texture and a long finish.
	2008 Franklin Vineyard Red Cuvee $40 / bottle The old vine Bordeaux varieties in the hillside Franklin vineyard create exceptional wine with intense varietal character. Fruit is gently de-stemmed, cold soaked, fermented dry, pressed lightly and aged nearly two years in fine French Oak barrels. Our Red Cuvee is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the Franklin vineyard. The wine displays aromas of cassis, blackberry, clove & cedar, flavors of black fruit and cherry, rich texture, all balanced with tangy acidity and supple tannins.
