Blades Bistro, located in Placitas and owned by Anja & Chef Kevin Bladergroen, is an exciting new addition to the Placitas community! Prepare your gift and shipping lists!  Stop by for a special taste of our two special limited release wines -- our 2006 Cabernet Franc ($30/bottle) and 2004 Merlot ($27/bottle).  Both are perfect for holiday giving and sharing and we will happily ship them for you.  E-mail and fax orders will also be accepted.
